The BDS Modular Medical Pouch is a 6"x 8"x 4" zippered pouch. The front of the pouch has 3 rows of pals webbing and has a 5" x 5" utility pocket with loop sewn onto the lid for attachment of ID patches. The inside of the pouch has two 5" x 5" pockets and a d-ring for dummy cording. There is also 4 rows of elastic for organizing bandages and other medical supplies. On the bottom is a large grommet for excellent drainage in wet environments.
